Notices delivered by hand are deemed received at the time of delivery, and those by registered post, 14 days from posting.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Swift Finance and the User and take precedence over any disclaimers or notices attached to communications from the User. Any variation must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Failure by Swift Finance to exercise or enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
If any term is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be severable, and the remaining terms will remain enforceable.
A certificate issued by an administrator of this website constitutes prima facie proof of any fact related to this website, including which version of the terms governed a particular dispute.
